Greenecourt SCLHS
Holywell Properties is proud to work with the Sunshine Coast Lions Housing Society to provide affordable and independent housing at the Greenecout complex. Across four buildings, there are 205 smoke and pet-free apartments available to seniors above the age of 55, and adults with disabilities.

Greenecourt offers both subsidized and non-subsidized affordable housing. Eligible applicants for subsidized housing must have an active file on the BC Housing Registry. Rent is based on household income, with eligible households generally paying 30% of their gross monthly income, while tenants receiving income assistance pay a flat rent. Households with assets below $850,000 are eligible for non-subsidized affordable housing, where they can receive quality rental accommodations at an affordable price.

The Hemlock Building is the newest and 4th building at the Sunshine Coast Lions Housing Society's Greenecourt Complex. This building is comprised of 94 apartments for local seniors and individuals with disabilities. There are market rent units as well as subsidized units available. Hemlock will have one bedroom, one bedroom and den, two bedroom, and studio units available. All units have 9 foot ceilings and airconditioning. All of our buildings are independent living, non-smoking and do not allow pets. All tenants need to meet the minimum age 55 years or older or be an adult with a disability.

Occupancy is expected to begin in the fall of 2026.
