O'Shea Place- SCAH

Holywell Properties is proud to work with the Sunshine Coast Affordable Housing Society (SCAHS) to manage their rental properties at Franklin Road in lower Gibsons and the Shaw Place and O'Shea Place apartment buildings at the corner of Shaw and O'Shea in upper Gibsons.

SCAHS is a non-profit organization that is building housing and implementing programs to improve the quality of life for people in the community. Established in 2016, the organization began with a passionate group of volunteers sitting around a kitchen table with the shared goal of providing affordable housing.  SCAHS volunteers now spend 1,000's of hours every year, overseeing a number of programs on the Coast as well as a portfolio of over 75 homes providing much needed housing.

SCAHS housing comes in a variety of price points and sizing, from studios to 3 bedroom family homes.  Rents are designed to be affordable to households with a range of incomes. Ideal applicants should have an income range so that the monthly rent is equal to 30% to 35% of their income.
